1. Shipping Methods & Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Shipping times vary based on location and carrier, but most orders arrive within 3-7 business days after processing.

2. Shipping Restrictions
Due to varying state laws, certain products cannot be shipped to specific states:

- THCA Products: We do not ship THCA products to the following states: Arkansas, Idaho, Minnesota, Oregon, Rhode Island

- Delta 8 Products: We do not ship Delta 8 products to the following states:
Arkansas, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Georgia, Hawaii, Idaho, Indiana, Iowa,

Kansas, Massachusetts, Mississippi, Montana, Nevada, New Hampshire, New York, North Dakota, Oregon, Rhode Island, South Carolina, Utah, Virginia, Vermont, Washington, West Virginia

Orders placed to restricted states will be automatically canceled and refunded.

3. Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. Free shipping may be offered on promotional orders or qualifying purchases.

4. Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 30 days at sailene@brewjaelixir.com so we can assist you.

We may update our Shipping Policy as regulations evolve. Any updates will be reflected here with a new "Last Updated" date.
